The following services are being considered to add an additional layer of protection and peace-of-mind to the residential security program. These are subject to change as the program is finalized and some may require an extra fee that would be conveniently billed to the Homeowners' Statement.

VACATION SERVICES

Residents may notify security of their proposed vacation dates, and we will make arrangements for your mail and newspapers to be picked up, stored, and ready for your return. Using State Department contacts, we can provide real-time security updates for any country. We can also provide contacts in the event you encounter trouble during your foreign travels. For additional peace-of-mind, you will be able to view the cameras at the entry gate and if desired, any cameras installed at your home, from anywhere in the world via a secure web site.

FAMILY SAFETY

• Pool Alarm Systems - Sensors detect when someone (baby, toddler, dog, etc.) enters the pool area. This feature can be tied into the residential alarm system.
• Complete Background Investigation - Available to assist you in selecting day-help or for other personal business needs.
• Child Identification - Fingerprint and photograph your child yearly. Provide ID cards with pertinent information.
• "Safe Room" Design and Installation
• Pet ID Tags - Help your pet get home safely with dog and cat tags personalized with your pet's name and phone number.

ELECTRONIC SECURITY MEASURES

Montserrat's security team can work with you to confidentially design and implement a security program utilizing the latest in security and surveillance technology. Such plans can include installation of in-home "Nanny Cams" and residential closed-circuit TVs, which can be viewed on a secure web site that only you have access to. Other options include vehicle panic alarms that utilize GPS, video surveillance, electronic counter measures, and videos of your valuables for insurance purposes.
